A job is one workflow
Trigger, steps, destinations — rebuilt end to end. You describe one workflow per job. That is what keeps the scope and the price fixed; two broken things are two jobs, not one bigger one.
£249 one-off, per job
Paid once, when the job starts. No subscription, no licence, no per-task meter, nothing to cancel. A second workflow added to the same build window is £99, listed as its own line.
Queue several, pay once
Add three workflows to your basket and you see three line items and one payment. Each job is built and tracked separately, and if one is not worth rebuilding, that one is refunded in full — the others stand.
What is never bundled
The £49/month care plan (monitoring + one change a month) and LeanOps Dispatch at £9/month are the only recurring products we sell. Neither is ever hidden inside a rescue payment, and you can take neither.

Questions you are about to ask
Will a custom build be less reliable than Zapier?
Often it is more reliable, because there are no per-task quotas to blow through and no vendor outage to wait on. We deploy to Cloudflare's edge network (330+ cities) with error logging wired to your own Slack or Telegram channel. If anything fails, you see it in seconds — not when a customer complains.
What if you cannot rebuild it?
Then you owe nothing, and you keep the written analysis of why, free. We have walked away from paid work that was better left alone, and we will do it again.
Do I need a developer to maintain it?
No. You receive a runbook written for a non-developer: how to change a field, how to add a destination, how to roll back. If you ever hire a dev, they will find clean, commented code in your own repo.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere new. Your rebuild runs inside your own Cloudflare account, using your own API keys, which you create and can revoke at any time. We never store your payloads, and your customer data never passes through our systems. The only secret we ever hold is the repository credential you choose to hand us, encrypted at rest and destroyed automatically when the job closes.
How does one workflow become one payment?
A job is one workflow, and a job is £249 paid once — no subscription, no per-task meter. Add a second workflow to the same 48-hour window and it is £99, shown as its own line in your basket. The only recurring things we sell are the £49/month care plan and the £9/month Dispatch, and neither is ever bundled into a rescue fee.
What do you need to get into my code?
Ideally an invitation: add build@leanopsstudio.co.uk as a read-only collaborator on the repository and revoke it whenever you like — no secret changes hands at all. If you would rather not, paste a GitHub fine-grained token scoped to that single repository (Contents: Read-only) in the client portal. Classic tokens are refused outright, because they can read every repository you own. Anything handed over is encrypted at rest, never shown back to anyone, and destroyed when the job closes.
Why do you need my email address?
Three things, and nothing else: it is your login (there is no password anywhere), it is where your receipts come from, and it is where job updates go — paid, building, live. There is no marketing list, and we will delete your account on request.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can pay the £249 with a card and nothing else — we will tie the payment to your email and open the portal for you. The portal exists so you can queue several workflows, hand over repository access securely and watch each job move, instead of doing it over email.
Why is this only £249?
Because we do not build from scratch. We generate the service from a tested template library, so a scoped rebuild takes about 90 minutes of engineering rather than a week. You are buying the output, not the hours.
